school trips require chaperones, and ALL chaperones must be registered
with SUSD.
THE 2010 LONDON PARADE FESTIVAL:
This trip which includes round trip air fare, 6 nights of accommodations
in first class hotels, 6 continental breakfasts, 3 dinners, 3 dinner
vouchers, round-trip transfers to and from the London hotel, tickets to
an evening performance/concert or a Tower of London guided tour with a
trip to view the crown jewels, and two full day tours of Oxford and the
university, with choices of: Historic London, Windsor, or Hampton
Court, as well as the London Parade New Year's Day and "Music for
London" Gala Concert performance.
Dates: December 27, 2010- January 3, 2011 Price per person:
$2,895.00 Payment schedule as follows:
February 15, 2010: $400.00 / May 1, 2010: $500.00 / September 1, 2010: $700.00 / November 5,

The London Trip has been approved for $1820.00 in Tax Credit. This means
that family, friends and neighbors can donate money in your child’s name
and qualify for the AZ state tax credit. Each donor must fill out a
donor form attached to this e-mail. Please visit the web site at

In an effort to make your tax credit donations even easier, SUSD has a
new on line payment program.
Payments can be made at following URL
https://touchbase.susd.org/touchbase/
using either "Guest" or your students' ID number for the log in, and
last name for the password.
For donations, click on "School Shop" and select the category (i.e. Tax
Credit - Desert Mountain HS) to which you would like to donate. Programs
have been created for each site; once you have found the program you are
interested in, add that to your cart and enter in the amount you wish to
donate. There is also a comment fields so community members can specify
the donation go to a specific student if paying for a specific trip or
activity.
